Bayou Lotus collects sounds of nature from her home in South Louisiana; insects, frogs, rain storms, paddling a bayou spillway, palms in the wind, and combines it with guided mindfulness meditations. Live music instruments like harp, gong, crystal bowls and human voice, fulfill the harmonic rich quality that softens, soothes and allows for inner peace.
